Hearing Impaired
For hearing impaired customers they have an infrared system available. This system consists of infrared transmitters mounted in the cinema that carry the sound to a headset that you wear. This system is only available for select sessions so be sure to check key next to session times. Please see staff at the cinema to collect the equipment and please note the equipment is subject to availability and you will be asked to leave a form of ID to ensure the safe return of the equipment.
Visually Impaired
For visually impaired customers, now you can listen to audio described movies so you can hear things you might have difficulty seeing with a spoken commentary and enjoy all the parts of a movie, including visual jokes, visual scenes, settings and body language. The audio description is delivered through a personal headset. This system is only available for select sessions so be sure to check key next to session times. Please see staff at the cinema to collect the equipment and please note the equipment is subject to availability and you will be asked to leave a form of ID to ensure the safe return of the equipment.
Mobility Impaired
Cinema 3 is wheelchair accessible with wheelchair spaces with companion seating. Please be sure to check the key next to the session times to check for availability.
